What is the Monthly Subscription Cost?
Subscription fee is only $14.99 per month per box. Subscription billing will start seven days after you receive the unit. There is no requirement for a lifetime subscription or multi-year contract. You will need to keep a credit card on file and the subscription fee will be automatically deducted each month, semi-annually or annually. Let us know how often you wish to be automatically billed for your service. Charges to your credit card will appear under the company name of Neulion.


What Speed is Required for the High Speed Internet Connection?
The High Speed Internet connection needs to provide a minimum download speed of 750Kbps for each box. If you want two boxes connected to one Internet account, the connection will need to support 1.5Mbps download speed ......

How Much is Shipping and Activation?
Standard shipping and activation charges for US sales are $14.99 (5 - 7 day) and included in the sales price. Please indicate in the checkput notes if you wish to upgrade to Express 2 day delivery for an additional $20. Orders are shipped via DHL and must be delivered to a residence or business. Sorry, but DHL cannot deliver to PO Boxes. International shipping charges will be quoted on each order.


* Please note that satellite high speed Internet providers usually do not allow Internet television viewing due to the heavy load that it places on their delivery. If you have high speed Internet provided by satellite, please check with your service provider before ordering this service.
